Shipping & Returns

Postage and packaging for all orders is charged on the weight of each item. Structured handbags will need to be packaged in boxes in order to protect them. 

I aim to have all in stock orders shipped within the next 3 working days. Any custom orders within 2 working days of completion, however if something crops up and your order will be delayed then I will contact you.

I am happy for items to be returned and refunded, excluding postage charges, so long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt in a resaleable condition (unwashed and unused), unless faulty. Please contact me by email before returning an item. If you need to return an item, it is advised to get proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for any packages that I do not recieve!
